To relocate insulated floor manufacturing plant from Newcastle into a purpose-built new build site in Corby. Working with the client’s manufacturing team as Principal Contractor, UE Group fitted out the empty 120,000 ft² space assembling relocated machinery and fabricating new equipment to ensure efficiency metrics were met.
